About Your Session
Feel free to ask any questions, or note concerns, regarding treatment. Its important to me that communication is open,thorough and clear and that Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine is demystified.
Please be timely. We all know how much can occur in a New York minute. My long standing clients generally can expect not to wait even more than a handful of moments. If you arrive on time, even to the minute, you should be promptly greeted to your treatment room.
Kindly wear clean, comfortable clothing and if possible, bathed before your appointment. We will supply towels for draping and changing depending upon treatment requirements.
SCHEDULING and CONTACT
Email contact is optimal and response is generally quick. Text for emergencies and day of. Perinatal care - phone contact is as immediate as possible.
Kindly provide 24hr cancellation,so as not to incur a full session cancellation fee, or assignment on package.
We request all phones off during sessions, and to preserve privacy in the clinic setting, no recording is allowed in any area of the office and treatment areas.
