Last year – after roughly twenty years of clinical care – I took a yearlong sabbatical to focus on preservation work. For decades my personal interest in Rejuvenation and Longevity medicine, as well as contemplative healing came to the forefront. I travelled throughout Asia – India, Nepal, Tibet and China – as well as Europe and Mexico, deeply studying indigenous medical traditions.
